At EagleLighting.Com we will try to provide you with realistic lead times. Many of our products are custom made, one-of-a-kind pieces made by small companies or single artisans. These item tend to have longer lead times.
Lead times will be listed next to each product on the more information page for your convenience. Lead times are approximate and backorders do occur, which can add to the lead time. Holidays also add to lead times. Lead times are only estimates. Eagle Lighting is subject to manufacturer's production schedules and cannot be held responsible for their delays.
We try to make every effort to ensure that you can enjoy your purchases in your home as soon as possible. However, many of the artisans create their pieces one at a time per order. Because of this, many items are custom made-to-order, and require payment in full before the job is started. Also, if a customer has ordered items from different companies, the lead times are different, and companies notify us after they have shipped the product, therefore Eagle Lighting does not have the ability, time or notification to verify the credit card. Thus, customers will be fully charged at the time they place the order and not when order is ready to be shipped.
All returns must be approved by Eagle Lighting via phone or email. Some items will have a restock fee of 20% per item. Call to find out before ordering if the item will be subject to any return fees. All returns will be returned to:

Note: Our standard shipping is to the lower 48 states. We will ship to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii but please note that additional shipping charges will be added. As for right now our shopping program is not set up to give exact shipping details for thoses locations, so orders will be contacted with total shipping charges and orders will be held until final approval.
